You can register as a distributor by visiting our website https://www.ganoexcel.com. Click “NEW MEMBER REGISTRATION” section via the website, it will navigate you to turkey.ganoexcel.com/GanoOnlineRegistration Once registration is submitted successfully, you will receive an email with your Distributor ID and Password. Click at turkey.ganoexcel.com/TurkeyMembersite and enter your Distributor ID and Password to access your distributor portal.
No fees charged during registration.
No. A sponsor (Existing Distributor) is required. If you don’t have any sponsor code, you can request support by calling our Customer Service at 0216 545 2101 or sending an e-mail to info@ganoexcel.com.tr.
Only one distributorship per married couple is allowed. If married after joining, both may keep their distributorships under strict conditions.
Sponsorship changes is only allowed for encoding incorrect sponsor code during registration and the correction has to be done within 7 business days from the day of registration. Required documents are shared in the announcements section in your Independent Distributors’ back office portal.
To sponsor a new member, you must ensure your Distributor ID is encoded at the sponsor column during the new member registration process. Once successfully registered, they will be automatically placed under your team.
Yes. You can email your request by submitting a signed petition letter stating your Distributor ID, Name /Surname and IC number to online1@ganoexcel.com.tr.
The transfer of rights with valid reasons can only be made to the spouse, parents or children over the age of 18 and they are yet a registered member of Gano Excel. Required documents are shared in the announcements section in your Independent Distributors’ back office portal.
You can request a new password by keying in your Distributor ID and registered email address from “I forgot my password” section via your Independent Distributors’ back office portal.

BANKING AND BONUSES
You can earn monthly bonuses by achieving monthly personal and group maintenance requirements. Refer to our compensation plan.
In order to update your bank information, you shall email your request stating your Distributor ID, Name and Surname to bilgiguncelleme@ganoexcel.com.tr. IBAN self-updates are enabled after you received SMS from our company.
Bonuses are directly paid to your registered bank account on or before the 20th of the following month with a condition your amount must be minimum 10TL, otherwise it will accumulate and paid once it reaches 10TL.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive SMS with a cargo tracking number.

Yes. You can change to new cargo delivery address at the Delivery Address section before submitting the order.
Yes. You can request the address change by calling our Customer Service at 0216 545 2101 within 1 hour after placing your order and completing the payment. Any additional charges for changing the address will be borne by the distributor.
The Distributor desiring to have the product replaced must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 3 business days from the day the product is received by calling Customer Service at 0216 545 2101 or sending email to kargo@ganoexcel.com.tr. The distributor shall provide proof (photos, delivery report, and original invoice).
All distributors engaged in direct sales must submit the following legally required documents:
- A signed “Contract Established Outside the Workplace”
- A completed “Preliminary Information Form”
